Considering relocating to Huntersville. I heard that there are some new home communities off I77. Skybrook North being one. Can someone tell me straight which new huntersville communities are the most exspensive and respected and which are just $$$$. Which are $$$ and which are $$?

Also I have heard that although there are several new communities off I77 that there is a lot of crime!!!! PLEASE share the truth.

Thanks!!!!!

While I cant come out and say this neighborhood is full of pharmacies on the corner or this one is nothing but BMW 700's depending on your price range you can still do very well in Huntersville. The biggest thing to check out is the High School. Just because you live in the $$$$$$$ does not mean you going to that school it actually seems to be the opposite. Let me know if you need anything.....

Question Skybrook North

I'm just concerned with property value now and in the future. I don't want to buy an exspensive home only to discover my neighbors could care less how they maintain their home. Knowing the cost of an areas homes and it's respect within it's community means a lot. If you should have any more information to share, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

You should be fine in Skybrook.... With that being said no-one has a crystal ball but it should do well for the next decade or so they are building neighborhoods around it from 300K+ I would hope that these folks would be willing to take care of the property or at least pay someone.
