We have had a great experience with the project managers. Any thing we need they are here that day or the next. The amenities are over the top. The people are friendly and the school is in walking distance. We are so sad that we have to sell. My husbands job is taking us back to FLorida (Yuk)!! Anyway, any of you who are looking to buy now and not wait for new construction, would love to see my home. It is a 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bath with an office. Huge bonus room, Super big master with jetted whilpool bath. All hardwoods on bottom floor and uphall. Upgraded kitchen cabinets with granite. Surround sound hookup and the list goes on....... Oh, also, .68 acre lot all brick house just under 4000 sq ft. We have been on the market for 2 weeks now. It is move in ready. Any one interested let me know. We are Asking $585 but are very negociable due to our having to move soon.
For any one else looking to build in Marvin Creek.... yes they charge you for every little upgrade, and the houses take about 4 months longer to build than what they tell you, however, it is a wonderful community. Lots of kids, nice family's, Super elementary school within walking distance. We Love it and are sad to have to leave.
Was wondering if you would be interested in renting. We are relocating from S. Fla and are very intested in Building in Marvin Creek, but that will take time. Let me know if that would be of interest to you.

THANKS!!

I think you made the RIGHT decision. Your home is your biggest purchase & investment and there is only three words to say - "LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION"!

KAF414,
Great choice. Marvin Creek is an excellent neighborhood. Great location, great schools, convenient shopping etc and etc.

We wanted to build a home in the Executive collection but it got sold out really fast. Now we are looking at the Meadows collection. Need to hurry!

Marvin creek is a great choice. I think other members in this thread opined the value of this neighborhood in terms of location, schools etc...but I will say this good houses/neighborhoods stand the test of time, be it a bullish or bearish realestate market.

No. Marvin Creek is not gated. There are a lot of gated communities in Union. Longview- very expensive. Quintessa 650 plus with acre homesites.
Stratford on Providence 800 plus, Therrel Farms. All are very nice.
