Can anyone describe The Reserve at Morrison Plantation.? It is supposed to be on the water, Is " The Reserve" a seperate gated portion of Morrison Plantation.? I was wondering whether this is a good section of the lake and at what price point? Thanks

Can't answer you question exactly other than to say, I don't think there is a bad section of the lake at all!

The Reserve is in the back of the Morrison Plantation residential area and it is on the lake. It is a gated community and the gates were recently installed this year. I haven't been down to that area lately to see if the gates are operable yet. FYI, the gates are right past the Morrison Plantation pool and clubhouse on Montibello Rd. As far as the lake, Morrison is off the main channel, so it is a good area to be. Here's a link to Meeting Street Homes and the website for The Reserve. I took a ride to The Reserve this morning after breakfast. There is a nice looking, new lakefront home available (link below). It's next door to a home that a family had built a couple of years ago. These are the only two waterfront homes in the neighborhood right now.

There are also several of the interior homes in the gated section available as well. They're probably on the Meeting Street website.

Real Estate (http://www.mlsfinder.com/ncsc_cmls/kwlakenorman/index.cfm?action=listing_detail&property_id=781924 &searchkey=7ea43c74-e54c-e903-045f-de7c162cf263&npp=10&sr=61 - broken link)

(I am not a realtor nor have any interest in these homes or the gated community.)
