Looking for barn-type structure for private party (Charlotte: parks, area)

A friend has a client looking for a "barn-type structure" for use for a private party. Other than the dairy barn at Anne Springs Close Greenway in Ft. Mill, I'm drawing a blank. Anyone got another suggestion? (Dairy barn at Anne Springs Close is already booked).

I didn't realize there were so many indoor shelters available through Charlotte Parks and Rec. One of those might work.

There is one at Frank Liske Park in Cabarrus Co. Don't really know where to look for information..
