in South Florida....we'll see how long it will take to sell. Its agressively priced but Im still not holding my breath for anything soon. Once it sells we're Charlotte bound!
Good luck! NC is a better deal, the equity in your house will get you a bigger, nicer house and youll have alot of money left saved for retirement. Everyone it seems cant wait to leave FL(southern in particular) for a better quality of life.
Boynton Beach here....as for the equity in our house, we're actually planning to downsize (we have a big house here) so we can cut our mortgage payment down real good.
