Lets put it this way: If you don't have very good pizza in So. Brklyn. you won't last two weeks! They will lock you up take to to the edge of town and lynch you.
I know there is a Brooklyn's Pizza off of 51 in Pineville. They're from Coney Island in Brooklyn. You can hear their heavy Italian accents. The pizza was great. I grew up in Brooklyn.
There was a biography (somewhat) about the owner's family on the table. They are actually from Long Island. I don't know if they are the same family connected with the other Brooklyn pizza places. Didn't really see many Italians, just a Jewish looking manager and cooks from south of the border? I will add that there was a particular waitress that stood by the counter where pizzas were prepared. She constantly caughed without covering her mouth. Every pizza that was prepared when she was there came with free caugh bacteria. I was going to report her, but it seemed that the manager left the building. Gotta admit, I think that Proscuitto's (spelling may be incorrect) has a much better pizza. But, I'm still shopping for the ultimate.

Why is everyone SO sensitive?
People wish to find a pizza place where presumably the owners are Italian and from the NY area or a restaurant with great food run by Greeks.
Why can't we celebrate ethnic differences?
