Does anyone have any good ideas for in-law entertainment this weekend in Charlotte or surrounding area? We've only been here a short time and haven't really explored the cultural offerings of the area yet. They like things like botanical gardens, museums, and folk festivals. Thanks!

Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens . . . and then over to the Concord Cove for lunch, maybe?

Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden

The Concord Cove Restaurant

If your MIL likes to shop - there is always SouthPark and lots of restaurants around that area - too many to list!
