Not bad news as far as I am concerned. If we get any measurable precip on the ground surface, I am predicting ICE, not SNOW. Ice means power outages. NOT a good thing.

Good, I don't care if I ever see snow again, that's why I moved out of the Cleveland, OH area...my mom said they have 14" of snow from the storm this weekend.

Do you enjoy your weather and what about snow? I live in Reno, Nevada area and it is way to dry and no rain, this area sucks IMO

The thing is with snow around Charlotte is that it so rare so when they call for snow it kinda has this Christmas feel to it. Schools and business shut down over just a dusting on the road so families and nearby friends spend hopefully quality time with each other .
By latest forecast it looks grim .

It been more five years since we have had quality snow man making snow so we do get excited it may happen

I had flurries this morning! Of course, it's turned to rain now. But yesterday morning, the stream outback was frozen solid! It's still icy, but starting to thaw.
