How is the demand for HS ESL teachers in Charlotte, Union and Matthews Counties? Which high schools in these counties have good ESL programs? Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages to working in each of these counties?

Go to CMS (Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools) on the net and look up jobs. I don't think you will have a problem if you have a pretty good resume. Good luck.
