Hi,
I am currently a student at UNCC. My roommates and i are in the hunt to find a 4 bedroom apartment for next semester. The one that we were looking at ended up being not so nice in many different ways(The Edge). Any ideas on certain apartments that are 4 bedroom in the area? Price range is not to important but obviously nothing phenomenally expensive considering i am a college student. And distance is not too much of a problem either because it seems the farther away from campus the safer it gets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With 4 bedrooms it sounds like you're housing half of the Russian army. Why worry about security?
lol ya im not really worried about the room and the stuff inside but mainly vehicles. just the area. i dont want mine or my roommates cars being broken in to. Or having to deal with other peoples problems like that. alot of shady people go around the apartments close to campus that is all that i am worried about.
I say rent a house. If you want a safe area then head toward Harrisburg Concord. You should be able to find a 4 bedroom or a 3 bedroom with a den or dining room that could be converted to a 4th bedroom for around $1200 - $1500 per month.
ya i have been looking at houses. the problem that i seem to come across with all the four bedroom apartments around here is that they are not run very well. The management tries to take advantage of the young college kids. but the only plus is that they come furnished usually in the 4 bedroom because it is a type of student housing. and houses do not. so townhomes are another area that i am looking in to.
