I drove by a restaurant called Tin Tin near South Park and it had tons of cars. Is it good? Are there even better Chinese restaurants (please do not include chains like PF Changs).

Yes its good. We've been eating there since it opened. The service is iffy. You may wait for drinks to be refilled or to get your check or for plates to be cleared away.

Not sure if it's the same one we go to on Park by 51. We learned about this one from our friends here on CD, Charlotte. I agree with "the owl" () food is very good service is just ok.

As far as Chinese food is concerned...we like Wan Fu (Kettering Dr) in Pineville & Dragonfly on Park Rd near Selwyn Ave.

A few days ago I over heard a co-worker talking and saying this place was great and she ate there often. I didn't get to ask her for more info about it but since you posted, now I will have to try it.

Best Chinese buffet I've ever been too. They even have Peking Duck at the buffet.

Will have to try that one, Wan Fu is very very good but usually drop 40-50 there for two.
