cool thanks, I may need a short term rental...we have an offer on our house that we are NEGOTIATING right now pls wish us luck..lol...and I hope to have signed contracts by tuesday...with that If we dont find a house down there we may have to rent for a few months....I meant to put that in my post..sorry..I will have my realtor check into that one

ok Upadate..WE countered again and so hope this is it..lol...I will give u another update if I have one later, now in NJ we have a 3 day atty review period which SUCKS mind u, but I told my atty we need to get in and out...ok that didnt come out right...anyway, then we do inspections so Im SO HOPING that IF we can still go down spring break I will be completely under contract and ready to buy a home...umm Laurie anything else that can BE CROSSED go for it..I can use all the extra help I can get....
