I just spoke to Carrie over at Rock Bottom. Carrie is in charge of large groups and she gave me several options for our group.

I selected the option of an area they have at the rest. that has (2) billard tables and very near or adjacent to the bar. Carrie said this is a good area to socialize and she will provide waitress service for our drinks.

I told her I didn't think we would be comfortable at sit down tables as we are not sure that we are staying for dinner. She appreciated that and said that those who want to stay...no big deal just go on in to the dining area.

I told them to expect about 25 people under the name "City-Data Group".
We're "good to go" say Carrie. She has my cell number and will call me during the day to confirm. Told her no problem we'll be there.
