Does anyone live at/have any information about GB homes in Ramsgate in Concord NC? We might be relocating to the area and are curious if anyone has any experiences/advice to share. Thanks!

GB also built our home in Autumn Grove in Mooresville. As far as I know, they have gone out of business. I have been trying to contact anyone from GB for months.

the ramsgate community looks a little desolate. I looked there initially- and the initial prices are going down, down down.....My realtor told me to run for the hills....and run I did

I would not discourage anyone from buying here (Autumn Grove). The lots are beautiful and you can choose your own builder or use the new preferred builder, Shumacher Homes. You should check it out.

The OP was asking about Ramsgate, not Autumn Grove, though.

I would run from GB. You will not get any warranty work done as they stuck most of their vendors. Many builders have run in to hard times and have been honest with their vendors and worked through situations. This was not the case with GB homes.
Please understand this is not a bitter vendetta, just a word of advice from someone who learned a very expensive lesson.
