What is a nice place to rent an apartment. How much is a reasonable apartment. oone bedroom , just a bsaic place until I find a house and good job. Also i think its a good way to see if Ilike Charlotte. Also should i use a real estate to find an apartment. any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Mike, check the Landings in Huntersville, if they have vacancy they are pretty cheap, decent and in a great area.

also try apartmentratings website it has cool map feature and gives ratings

Please use caution when looking at this site. It is not an accurate guage as far as their ratings are concerned. It allows anyone to post anything about a place...and we all know the trouble that can lead to. I manage an apartment community on the NE side of Charlotte, and I know from experience here and also from 10 years of experience in Michigan, that this site can be horribly misleading.

It doesn't hurt to look at it, but give a community the benefit of the doubt before casting judgement.
