It makes me think of this:

YouTube - Air show crash in Russia
Although I did enjoy the Blue Angels' show this year during fleet week.

We went last year to this airshow and it is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it. The reenactment of Pearl Harbor by Tora Tora Tora is awesome!!!! Last year it was only $5. This year it's $10 over 18 and under 18 free. We'll be there again!!

Also loved it! But I'm an Air Force vet.

We'll be there this year again.

Air shows always remind of being in the military. We had to support the MCAS El Toro Air Show. We had to fill, empty and refill sandbags, check Port-A-Potties for bombs and put up/take down snow fences. What a waste of time.

I still enjoy watching them, though. I'm interested in knowing how much the Warbird rides are, I wish they would have posted the price.

We live really close and the Planes have started arriving. Love going out on the patio and seeing them fly over the house. Might have to try and get over there.

We're about 3 miles from the airfield, and saw them coming in on final all day yesterday. About 5 p.m. my curiosity got the best of me, and we drove down there. Pretty nice collection of planes - B-25, C-47, several Navy dive bombers and torpedo planes, and a B-17 (Memphis Belle), and a bunch of Trainers (BT-13, AT-6, and T-28's). We got to see a BT-13 (aka Vultee Vibrator) practicing aerobatics with smoke.

Should be a good weekend for the event!
