Hi,

we are buying a house. Just wonder if we use 2 buy side realtor agents at the same time? Our current one is not bad, but sometimes is too slow.

Thanks.

If you've already signed up with a realtor, you'll have to comply with that original agreement and/or have them release you before you can sign with a new one on the same property.

You can use 2 different realtors if one is working on the sale of your house and a different one is helping you buy a new house. You just make sure that your contracts with them reflect your intentions.

Your information is correct IF, like you said "on the same house". Otherwise one could use 2 agents unless you signed a buyer's agreement and BTW there is no reason to sign one.
All houses are listed, bought and sold in CLT thru MLS, so the real reasons one would use a different agent is for service, knowledge of the area zone, and negotiating skills. And a bit of good karma thrown in for luck.
