Looking for Space to Accommodate Child's Workshop (Charlotte: houses, schools)

Hello...I'm in the planning stages to host a youth entrepreneurial workshop in the Charlotte area this summer. Participants will be 5 to 8 graders. Looking for a low-cost site that accommodates up to 25 people, to be used 1 day a week for 6 weeks (ie, spaces in churches, club houses, corporate in-kind rooms).
