I'm hoping someone from the area can tell me what kind of neighborhoods a couple of houses are in. These a two of the houses I'm considering looking at and I want to know first and foremost if it's a safe neighborhood and also, what is in the area for things to do. Like outdoor activies, nightclubs, am very interested in Harley Davidson so if anyone would also know if there are any good biker friendly bars/pubs in the area.

Sorry but I don't think you would like it in either of those places if safety is a concern. Lots of hang abouts, crime, shootings etc... I would be nervous. People DO live there and have done so for years but I am not that brave. Also try craigslist and
