how difficult is it to get business permits in Bridgeview? We're thinking of moving our ice cream store near movie theatres.

Those movie theaters are closed, and the land most likely will become a Lowes, or Home Depot, or a Big Box,

Ice Cream Stores , are not that popular in the southland area, consdiering, all the driving that is involved, some of the success are Gerties of cours, Premos on 159th, and 143rd, most of the stand alone Baskn Robbins have gone out of business, and since Dunkin Donuts, has an ice cream shop built in to their new stores, which are going up.........

There are no movie theaters near that area, what so ever, so I hope you havent made any financical committments,

Ford City Theaters, on 76th and cicero, and Chicago Ridge Mall Theaters on 95th and ridgeland, are the only theaters in that area today

sounds like you know what you're talking about and that's a big plus. why do you think Baskin Robins stores have folded and are no longer in vogue?

Rainbow cone is still here at 93rd and western... and the wait is as long as ever. They had some movie trucks and crew out there a few weeks ago, so it looks like it will be featured in an upcoming film.

That place has to have been in business forever although I am not quite sure of its start-up year. Rainbow Cones were always one of the best treats on the southwest side of Chicago.
