Maybe Hot Topic can come to this outlet mall? I'm not a big fan of Hot Topic but it would still bring me to the outlet mall every now and then.
If Spencer's had an outlet store, that would be awesome! Can never get too many novelty items!

Plus, they picked a very good spot off of I-57 and I-80 in which people from all different part of Chicago and beyond can travel to it with ease. Plus, its a good catalyst for attracting other venues such as a casino and waterpark that is also in the works.

My only problem is that this might not be good for Michigan City, who relies on Chicago folks for business. Plus, it is taking forever and a day to get this thing developed. Then again, the economy could be the blame for that. Speaking of the economy, I wonder if the mall would make money once it do opens.

Overall, I'm looking forward to it.
I just want more business and diversity in CCH. Really.

I look forward to any positive changes that can come from this...
