I generally like it, we had glitches at first. The internet speed is really great, we have the highest speed they offer. The installation took a long time like 6 hours or so. It does have some other cool features too. I do notice they have been improving the product since we have had it, which is good. Because in the beginning, we did have issues we did not like, which have since been rectified.

Well installation was quick (1-2 hours), everything was brand new (instead of Comcast's refurbished products) and it all works.
