Check out Landmark Grill on Halstead. Has decent food and def has a young, hip vibe. Kind of turns clubby in the later hours, so it can be a one stop shop for dinner/drinks. It's not necessarily a steakhouse, but they do have steaks and they are decent, speaking from experience.
