I wouldnt go too cheap, bed bugs are out there all over , just so you know .. they are pretty much impossible to get rid of, not that ive had them but heard some pretty bad stories. make sure you check the mattress if you get a hotel, they are in the seems of the mattress, but really can be pretty much anywhere, carpet, anyplace.

There is a Super 8 in Rogers Park - wouldn't know what the rates would be though. consecutive days, on the 31st day you can get a refund of the taxes you paid for the room.
