Okay, a private company now pays 20 million a year to run it. Does that mean the city/state no longer funds repairs?

My understanding is the company who leases the skyway is responsible for repairs and maintenance.

Essentially its like leasing a car
you throw in the gas, you generally pay for the upkeep of the vehicle
