I know, but if you find a 10 day forecast, you will see that it is trending downward, getting towards a high of 32 on wednesday, the start of my trip. I'm really not looking to get into an argument about whether or not its going to be cold or not. That was not the intention of this thread lol.

Don't trust 10 day forecasts.
They have ruined plans.

"ITS GONNA BE SUNNY AND HOT IN 10 DAYS"
I ask for a day off work that 10th day.

And it is 40 and rainy

Good plan. Weather science isn't that great. It can be quite accurate at the regional level for up to about 36 hours, and marginally useful up to about 3-5 days. After that, the models all basically just average their predictions down against long-term averages making them basically useless. 10-day forecasts are about marketing and getting page views.

Second city is always a favorite but there are plenty of other comedy shows that are great as well.

If you need a cab, don't try to hail a police car.

I wouldn't say it's common, but most locals have seen it happen on occasion. And a few locals have tried it when they were under the influence - which is a lot worse than a tourist just doing it by mistake.
