No wonder the aldermen are always smiling. This city is a merry-money-go-round and the tax payers are footing the bill. Property taxes and water bills need to go up every year just to fund this kind of madness and I don't see no end in sight. There's only two choices left at this point. Open up your wallets and give the corrupt politicians all your money or get the hell out of this Democratic hellhole. To me the choice is obvious. Good luck to those who choose to stay.
