Ive been looking online for a condo downtown and I see many have a dog-run...What does that mean? How can you have a dog run in a high-rise?

Btw, I do have a dog thats why Im asking..

it most likely means that there is a fenced in area outside where dogs are allowed to play off leash. it's best to go check out these places yourself, to make sure the "dog run" isn't just a sectioned off chunk of parking lot or something. also, you'll want to obviously check w/ the building to make sure there are no size/breed restriction

I'm working on a high-rise with a dog run now. It's basically a fenced-in patch of grass, usually longer in one dimension. It can be on a patio or roof. My buidling on the North Side also has a dog run, and it's basically just our back yard.
