Hi can anyone tell me the nearesT to chicago Original Route 66 spot? Its for photography purposes so the one in Adams is good but not original. Are there any signst still printed on the road? I have downloades to my Tomtom GPS the Illiois route but unfortunately wont tell me about good pics

I don't think you'll find anything 'original'. Though there may be a sign near Lou Mitchell's on Jackson, west of the river.
