Even though there are a few people here that I consider a little "unique" I can see that for the most part I just think they are misguided a bit.

I stumbled on a forum that takes "unique" to a whole new level! Some of these guys are so off the deep end I don't know what how to categorize them.

Here is the title of my favorite topic “The Hall of Shame where false brethren and devils are named” This is like taking the “Church Lady” to the extreme. When a co-moderator turns out to be a devil, you know things are going to get fun there. I bet this will cause me to make the list!

Wow!! One poster seems to pop up again and again - and he is a pretty angry dude - with just about everyone! What a way to live ... so wasteful of God's gift. Sad.

Wow! Just Wow! I'm shocked! I know it 'seems' funny, but it's pretty sad too I think I'm going to spend the rest of the day in my closet.

But check out the bible quote of the moments that appears on the top of the website - or let me save you the time: It is basically "Hey women!!!! Shaddup and get back in the kitchen if you're done with the birthin'". I didn't realize there were people like this still on the planet. Nice way to alienate, Brother Dude....

Just thank God that is is way underground and the average person doesn't see that as an example of Christianity.

Of course,if one is a literalist, this is what one must believe, even if put a little nicer.Anyone who doesn't go along with this isn't really a literalist,no matter what they say.

I am,btw,NOT a literalist

Try this analogy on for size:

The "woman" is our soul - the carnal mind, emotions, selfish will - which is opposed to following the Lamb. We are to - with our spirit - tell that "woman" to sit down; all she is for is to be subject to the "male" until we give birth to the Man Child.

Hmm......

I guess I can handle that if the Lamb is going the right direction, which I have to trust that He is.
