I was referring to Galatians 5: 22,23:

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Question: How would I recognize Christ today...in His Second Coming...? What are His unique characteristics that would tell me...Yes...it is Him.

Answer: His Spirit within me....would know.

"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is." 1 John 3:2.

"The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children." Romans 8:16.

"And I--in righteousness I will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness." Psalms 17:15.

"They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads." Revelation 22:4.

In Christ's love,
Verna.

He is Spirit...and He is Truth.

Amen.

Dying for people who don't love Him.

Not returning railing for railing.

Believing the best in others.

Considering others better than himself. (see 1 Cor. 13)

Blessing, not cursing.

Blessings!
Brian

No one has seen God but if we respect and love and care for our fellow beings all of us can be his son and daughters.

indeed,good ones

I thought to add: not gossiping nor talking behind ppl's backs, nor assuming anything...remember,He never healed anyone without *asking first, "do you WANT to be healed?". He never just assumed someone wanted to be healed..some might have reasons for wanting to be sick, but He never judged those.
