Jesus was almost ready to take him to heaven but he was sad over 1 thing to do to make it in

That 1 thing was to sell all he had and give to the poor.
Aren't there many people like the young rich ruler today ?
They go to church all their life and never cuss and hate nobody.
You just mention water baptism or John 3:5 you found out they have no intention of being
born again like the bible says.
They tell you about their addictions to cigarettes and alcohol broken.
You just mention Christian attire or 1 Peter 3:3 you found out they have no intention of dealing with the least of God's commandments today.
They tell you their a blood boaster.
You just mention conditional grace or Romans 6:1 you found out their spiritually tuned out to the real nature of God with mercy and justice.
They say they have a loving heart.
You just mention the nature of man or Isaiah 64:6 you found out their self righteous with their wisdom on a pedestal only.
They say their very successful in life.
You just mention the blindness of man or Jeremiah 10:23 you found out their too independent of God to make him their savior.

"Believing" the Bible is easier done once you study it in context instead of just reading it
