Now Jesus, again -crying with a loud voice, -'lets out 51 the spirit. And 'lo'! the curtain of the temple is rent in
two from above to the bottom, and the earth quaked, and
52 the rocks are rent, and the tombs were opened.^And many 53 bodies of the 'reposing" saints were raised, and, coming
out o of the tombs after His 'rousing, they entered into5a the holy city and are disclosed to many.
2.Then the tombs were open and many bodies of the "reposing" saints were raised
3 Then "after his rousing they entered the holy city.
What could be clearer even using the Concordant translation?
"As “firstborn of the dead,” Jesus is both first in time and first in preeminence. As the first to be raised from the dead, Christ is the founder and initiator of the new era God is bringing about through Jesus’ victory over sin and death.3 Jesus’ resurrection from death opens the way for all who trust in him to follow him in a resurrection like his when he returns. This is important because it shows that our ultimate hope is not just for our souls to go to heaven, but for our physical bodies to be raised to new life like Jesus’ was. He is the firstborn of the resurrection."

Dear ancient warrior, let's look closer at the text:
Matthew 27:52-53 and the tombs were opened. And many bodies of the reposing saints were roused, (53) and, coming out of the tombsafter His rousing, they entered into the holy city and are disclosed to many."
The tombs most likely were opened by the earthquake at the time of Jesus' death. The text does not say the reposing saints were roused immediately when Christ died. Why would they wait, while alive, in their tombs in the cold for three days before they finally came out?
The tombs were opened when Christ died. When Christ was roused then these saints were roused and came out of their tombs.
Look at the text this way: and the tombs were opened. And many bodies of the reposing saints were roused, (53) and, coming out of the tombs after His rousing, they entered into the holy city and are disclosed to many."
Link the word "after" with the antecedent thought and re-write it this way: "And after His rousing, many bodies of the reposing saints were roused and coming out of the tombs."
If that will not satisfy you then maybe this will help: "And many bodies of the reposing saints were roused and coming out of the tombs AFTER His rousing."
You’re trying to use v. 53 to refer to an entire episode and that the dead were not raised until after his rousing. However, that is not how the Greek text reads. The raising from the dead is clearly set at the time of Jesus' death.
"Reading through" and "understanding" are two different things. I suspect I know which one you've read through entirely, and it's much smaller than the others. I'd say you've barely scratched the surface.
So you are the Bible Corrector! Who gave you this Job of correcting God's word?
Jesus Christ . . . "You have been told . . . But I say" We have the "mind of Christ" who abides with us and His Holy Spirit (Comforter) within our consciousness guides us to the Truth God has "Written in our hearts."

RESPONSE:
Yes. God evidently made a lot of mistakes in the Old Testament which Jesus had to correct in the New Testament.
(GNT-WH+ Matt.27:52,53) και (and) τα (the) μνημεια (tombs) ανεωχθησαν (were opened) και (and)
πολλα (many) σωματα (bodies) των (of the) κεκοιμημενων (reposing) αγιων (saints) ηγερθησαν (were

και (and) ενεφανισθησαν (appeared) πολλοις (to many)
So we have without punctuation:
"and the tombs were opened and many bodies of the reposing saints were roused and coming out of the
tombs after the rousing of Him they entered into the holy city and are disclosed to many."
Now with verse 51 we have it thus:
"And lo! the curtain of the temple is rent in two from above to the bottom, and the earth quaked, and
the rocks are rent, and the tombs were opened and many bodies of the reposing saints were roused
and coming out of the tombs afterthe rousing of Him they entered into the holy city and are
disclosed to many.

RESPONSE:
You are certainly fre to use an erroneous translation and mporeover to misinterpret it further.
But for the record:
An interlinear Greek New Testament can be found on the web at:
Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose ,And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many
Even you noted >>μετα (after) την (the)
εγερσιν (rousing) αυτου (of Him)
Did you overlook what you wrote?
Matthew 27:50-53 from the New Revised Standard Version
50Then Jesus cried again with a loud voice and breathed his last.*51At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook, and the rocks were split.52The tombs also were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised.53After his resurrection they came out of the tombs and entered the holy city and appeared to many.54

What did Jesus correct in the New Testament that was a mistake in the Old Testament?
RESPONSE:
21“You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not murder,a and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, ‘Raca"is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
27“You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery.’e 28ButI tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery wit h her in his heart.
31“It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce 32But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress, and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery. (See Deut 24:1-4)
33“Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but keep the oaths you have made to the Lord.’ 34 But I tell you, Do not swear at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne
38“You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ 39 ButI tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also
43“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighborh and hate your enemy.’ 44 *But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you*,
