We agree the 613 old law ordinances by Moses is not the least of the commandments for
today---John 1:17.
Least of the commandments has to be other legalism in the bible or examples would be :
John 3:5 or water baptism
1 Peter 3:3 or modest attire
1 Peter 4:1-4 or alcohol free parties
John 8:24 or believing Jesus is both the Son and the Father
Hebrews 4 or believing in the Sabbath today
1 John 2:15 or love not the friendships of unbelievers
1 John 2:27 or let the bible teach the bible only
Luke 3:14 or be content with your wages
1 Thess. 5:12 or know strangers with all the bible
John 8:31 or believe all the bible to be a Christian
2 Thess. 3:10 or don't support bums on the street
2 Cor. 6:14-17 or practice Christian segregation
Galations 3:29 or believe in racial, gender and income status equality
Galations 3:29 or believe in the end of slavery today

only. It's not just living out the 10 commandments and giving up drugs and alcohol. It's living out other legalism in the bible----Matthew 5:17-20. It's of course living out the 2 greatest commandments today also.
If we say salvation is in the blood of Jesus and we just living out the 10 commandments cause we love

Intellectuals stumble over this no law theology dealing with the 613 old laws only by
Moses---2 Cor. 4:3 and John 1:17.

Wow ! All I can say is that you spent a lot of time on this post and that it probably deserves a lot of thought and detailed interpretation. However it's also possible that you are missing the big picture.
