I believe God performs miracles for the benefit of those who receive them. It doesn't matter if observers or speculators feel proof of it should be shown to them. When people meet GOD they know it. Others dont have the ability even with their intellects to understand it....It is just like I know this is true and proving it is not important .

Well said, Theboatguy. Amen to that.

Problem of religion today is that people are having too little faith in God and too willing to subject themselves to the cage of so called "Scientific Proof" and "Reality Check". They should've known that even Gilileo, Newton and Einstein were deeply religious men.

You can have all the faith you want, but there still exists the fact that it might not have been God in a physically possible miracle. And Galileo and Newton and Einstein would agree with me. They believed that God created the world, but did not intricately interact with it.

Here is one that leaves those who think evolution is true looking like upgraded apes who are still downloading version 1, while Believers are men and women who are downloading version 100.

Maybe you linked to the wrong clip. This one sure has nothing to say against evolution.

Harrison Odjegba Okene survives three days at bottom of Atlantic, rescued after finding air pocket in tugboat | National Post

If there was some divine entity looking after this fellow, why didn't it simply prevent the accident in the first place? If we postulate a diety controlling all these events, it is as responsible for the predicament as it is for the rescue. And if that is the case, we are postulating a god which enjoys jerking people around...placing them in terrible jeopardy followed by a miraculous rescue. Would you do that to your kids? Deliberately make them think that they are about to die and then save them at the last moment?

No? Then why worship an entity which you believe does these things to its "children?"

I was going to ask the same question.

That god also seems to not value human life very much if he chooses one for his "kindness", as Vizio put it, while the other's die.

The complexity of the DNA sequence and it's replication is beyond what evolution can allow for or account for. The time given since the Big bang, long or short, eliminates it. It shows an absolute intelligence way beyond man. Just 1 gram of DNA (and scientists have replicated it to prove it) can contain the equivalent of 1 trillion CD's. The DNA is one of the absolutely most stunning Miracles of God.

I believe in a Creator and yes, life's wonders abound.

But evolution is a fact and that clip does zip, zero, nada to contradict it.

Nothing that you posted in any way proves what you are trying to say.
