God and Satan are simply aspects of dualism - thinking in terms of good and evil, dark and light etc.

Without the devil, god is of no consequence which is why the devil is always associated with god.

One could say that they are separate aspects of the same being. Human concepts, thus aspects of the human being.

eta: Every religion needs its bad guy in order to justify even existing. Without the bad guy, religion is pointless.

Here is the point I am making guys.

for those of us who do not believe in a trinity this scripture is about Jesus and Jesus is called god.

so either Jesus is not a god or there must be more then 1 god/Elohim.

so either there is more then 1 God-Elohim or there is a trinity, you cannot have it both ways.

What is Elohim? Who are these 'us' that created the heavens (the universe) and earth (a planet in the universe).

They are called 'gods' and some think of them as a species from another reality which created this one and enslaved a 'lessor consciousness' into this reality.

eta - the parts are not themselves mindless. They can be individual, and even each representing the whole anyway, if they have equal access to the same mind (and there wouldn't be any reason to think each part doesn't as a natural occurrence) altogether they are one being with many individual 'parts'.

Thus they could say 'us' and this would signify 'all' as in 'one' (singular).

ok I can agree to that. the many being 1. but that is kind of my point.

the us is still many, thus more then 1

the us here imo is speaking of Jesus, who has the same mind as God the Father, but he/Jesus is not God the Father, but Jesus is still called God.

So there is only 1 true God made up of many.

I see us (mankind) as being a part of the Elohim, the many gods if you will, but we (mankind) are not the 1 true God the Father.
