Oklahoma Republicans had hoped to land the monument at their state HQ in Oklahoma City, but didn't get it. Instead, an Oklahoma conservative think tank got it. The monument should have never been installed but as in the Bible, state legislature believe in picking and choosing what to believe in the Oklahoma Constitution.

I'm still waiting for someone to quote me the line from the constitution stating that a state cannot erect a monument such as that. I haven't seen it.

Go read the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma. The appropriate part of that constitution is posted in one of the several threads on the topic.
