For you married couples out there, do you feel or believe that God introduced you to each other and brought you together as married couples? Did He give either or both of you any signs or messages that He intended you for one another?

Me and my long time friend became estranged and both of us went our separate ways , which even shook up the Lord as a sin of separation prophetic Word came in the Church where I go .......... Then some four months later I accidentally ran into my friend and there was a lead in the spirit of Christ to make connections , Where we became friends again ........ See if it wasn`t for the Lord and His lead in the spirit the friendship would never be the same and we would of never got back again as friends ..Glory to God

The fact there's only 2 replies says volumes about the efficacy of Christian relations. I started a thread over on the religion forum about Mormon relations, "It's Called the Mormon Glow and It IS Real" comparing Christian marriages to other religions. The divorce rate for Christians is 38%. The divorce for Mormons who marry their own is 7%.

What does the fact that you didn't answer the question say?

------------

My wife, before we got married, was the person who brought me to Christ - so yeah I believe God is responsible for us being together. No signs or anything like that.

I always prayed for finding a good man to marry and I think God helped with that. Actually, I have a feeling our families up in heaven helped get us together. His grandmother lived across the street from my grandmother and both families knew each other through the years. His mother had died before we met so she was in heaven as well, I think. So I believe they knew we should met up and we would hit it off just fine and we did.

We both have similar backgrounds and that also helps.

That stat on mormons isn't accurate.

Of course God brought my wife and I together. That's why we're together. Nothing happens without God ordaining it.

I thank God that I did not get married while I was a Christian. I was attracted to women whom I think are pretty horrific now in their beliefs.
