Stop pretending you do not understand it, Jeff. He was not fired for sharing his faith at work. That is such an absurd claim. He was fired for refusing his boss's order to stop bothering the lesbians, period. What kind of an idiot refuses his boss's order and doesn't expect to be fired?

Wrong again, Jeffy. As we all know the man you are referencing was told, by his boss, to stop bothering his fellow employees. He refused to do that and continued pestering them.

He was fired for being a pest and disobeying his boss. If we have a thread on a Christian who was fired for sharing his faith....I'll probably give my opinion. Right now....you don't know what I think about that.

BTW...I've shared my faith at work. I can share my faith without pestering people and have never heard as much as a peep from the higher-ups.

It's obvious Jeff and his fellow fundamentalists makes those statements in an attempt to make people look bad. I've corrected Jeff's erroneous claims a number of times. All of them in posts that twist what and distort what I've posted.. It's A favorite tactic of several fundamentalists who are regulars on these threads. They love doing it to anyone who disagrees with them.

It's tiring and juvenile. It's also thisclose to lying and a personal attack. But mostly it's tiring having to correct the false stuff he says about my beliefs. Just stop, Jeff.

And why was he given the warning in the first place? Oh yeah, for sharing his faith. That is the element that you continue to ignore and I will continue to point out regardless of the number of times you "correct" me.

Stop it and grow up, Jeff! There is no reason whatsoever for a man to harass a woman at work about her sexual practices, period. You can continue to pretend it is just sharing his corrupt faith and beliefs about Gays and trying to save her soul, but the truth is he was sexually harassing her over her sexual practices, period! Do you want anyone harassing you at work over your sexual practices, whatever their reasons???

Why not? The EEOC has decided in favor of christians as well as muslims. Here's an example -
Religion Clause: EEOC Wins Settlements In 3 Religious Discrimination Cases

On that same site, you can find cases that have been won by christians, and you can also find cases that have been lost by muslims.

I looked for, but could not find, a source that collects all religious discrimination suits and sorts them by religion.

An employee's beliefs shouldn't be allowed to effect my bottom line.
If you have more than 15 employees, you are breaking the law, and could be vulnerable to lawsuits.
Facts About Religious Discrimination

Please note, I agree with you - I don't think that anyone should get an exemption from job duties because of religion. The law doesn't agree though - Religious Discrimination

So now sharing your faith is sexual harrassment? All he did was recommend a movie. Don't tell me to grow up either.

A movie about sexual practices, no? A very offensive movie at that. Why is it any of his business what the women do on their own time? You have been corrected an innumerable amount of times, so stop being dense. You don't get special privileges because you are religious. GROW UP JEFF.

The movie is offensive. If the guy was recommending pornography, it would have been offensive. You get one warning.

I do not have time to explain your offense to you over and over again.
If you do not understand it, or think you know how to run my business better than I do, then I wish you luck starting your own business, and we will part ways.

Time is money, and unless we are making mixes, and baking, you are wasting my time.
