Richard, you are funny. My guess is you don't accept the NT as truth, since that is what Vizio more or less quoted.

Now, did Jesus ever mention the devil?....

He told people they were speaking by the spirit of their father Satan because we are all born of a beastly nature that we must die to{I think}. I don't see the Christian Satan either but who knows, I am going for Rosie O'Donald she who rides a beast and the false prophet is Matt Damon and Mel Gibson just might be Satan.

Unless it's a woman, and then for sure it's Rosie.

Hmmm....Indeed....Let's take this Jewish sect that had a Rabbi named Jeshua and rename him Jesus, sprinkle a little paganism here and there, re-define the leader as a demi-god and force this theology on as many people as possible through terror and voila.....We have Christianity....

Really? Job

One day the angels[a] came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan[b] also came with them. 7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

8 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”

9 “Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. 10 “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face.”

12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.”

Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.

So we have this in the OT. Did you miss this? Perhaps so..

He might have: In Matthew 4:

Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted[a] by the devil. 2 After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. 3 The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”

4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’[b]”

5 Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 6 “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:

“‘He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’[c]”

7 Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’[d]”

8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’[e]”

11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

****

So wadda you say?

Salvation is from the Jews as it is written.

"Sing to the Lord a new song, sing to the Lord all the earth. Bless His name, announce His salvation day after day. Tell His glory among the nations, His wondrous works to all people."
And here we are folks....Replacement theology....

Have you ever read the Bible? Have you ever read the Five Books of Moses (otherwise known as the Pentateuch or in it's original language the Torah)? Do you know what forum you are in?
