What to they tell you about God?

What do they tell you abut morality?

What do they tell you about Jesus and what He did for mankind?

It is comforting to get to make up your own theology. It s hard to go wrong then.

Those things tell you about God, our creator. They tell you nothing about Jesus, what He taught and why He came.

You are going to be surprised one day when you finally discover it was about the Life that was in him which is in us all and not the idol Jesus you have created. What do you actually think you are going to see when you see him ? a man with a beard ? When we see him we shall be like him, my missus will not be happy when i tell her when she sees Jesus she will have a beard and long hair.

The same verse that states your god gave us one?

I do not recall Jesus saying there would come a study guide and that we must READ to show ourselves approved because there was a test later.

They tell me that LIFE is sacred.

Life is BEAUTIFUL

Life is to be RESPECTED

That the GOD I know gave us this opportunity to do one of two things--LOVE our neighbor or HATE our neighbor. And perhaps that is what determines our relationship with Christ--BY THIS THE WORLD WILL KNOW YOU ARE MY DISCIPLES..IF YOU LOVE ONE ANOTHER. PERIOD.

Not if you memorize chapter an verse.

Not if you defend your god's honor

Not if you KILL in your god's name

Not if you accumulate WEALTH -- credit your god -- and then tell others to get a job you ^&%$# slob..

The simple "test" of discipleship is how we L O V E...

You mean this:

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness"

It sure seems to say He did give it to us.

How do you know that your theology isn't overrated, or even correct?
