For that to happen, you first need women priests. No sign of that happening anytime soon. So, strictly speaking, it's not yet time.
So install women as priests, give it 40-50 years, hope the culture changes, and we'll see. I mean, Paul commended Phoebe, a deacon, to the congregation at Rome. Why not?
There shouldn't be a pope in the first place, is what I chose.
Having said that, the question of "is it time for woman?" is sexist in and of itself. Time doesn't determine a woman's worth. Just like for any job, if a woman was able to do the job, and was qualified, have at it. There is no reason a woman is MORE READY to be a leader in the secular world, or Pope, now than 200 years ago, or 2000 years ago.
In order for there to be a female Pope, there would first have to be a female Cardinal.
In order for there to be a female Cardinal, there would first have to be a female Archbishop.
In order for there to be a female Archbishop, there would first have to be a female Bishop.
In order for there to be a female Bishop, there would first have to be a female Priest.
The Catholic Church has not yet ordained a female Priest, so a female Pope is decades, or even generations, away.
Not true, actually. The Catholic Church historically chooses a Pope from the college of Cardinals, but anyone can hypothetically be chosen. Heck, I could be elected Pope, even though I'm not Catholic. Albeit the chances of that happening are EXTREMELY low.
It's logical, when you think about it. The Pope is the CEO of one of the most powerful organizations in the world. Why should this role be denied to women, and not due to their own failings, but as a matter of policy?
O, Don't get me wrong, a woman Pope might do greater things than any man has done, but you people are talking about is political correctness, and I see no place for that on the Pope's throne, and again, I am not Catholic, but it doesn't fit Catholic law in my eyes. But whatever the Catholics decide.
There shouldn't be a pope in the first place, is what I chose.
Again, it's ironic for you to say something about a Pope that you follow, The Pope is the founder of everything you believe in, you follow Catholic law, the law of the Pope, you should be standing behind the Pope.

No. I really don't. I'm not Catholic. Please stop making false statements about me.
