The scripture expressly mention two types of religion: Those that have a form of Godliness but denies the power of Christ, and the belief that Jesus sacrifice was enough through his shed blood and those that walk in Love which is demonstrated by the fruit of spirit.

What I'm seeing among Evangelicals is a principle center gospel, without Christ, and yet equal with politics.

What I'm seeing among Black believers is high emotionalism, but yet their communities and families are still a wreck.

I truly believe real Christianity totally involves Jesus the author of the New Convent and the transformation power of the Holy Spirit. Many equate the Holy Spirit to slow music, fast music, weirdness, etc. I honestly believe the Holy Spirit is present to help us fully develop into a competent earthly and spiritual being or living epistle.

Without the reality and dependence of the Holy Spirit, Christianity is equal with other dead religions that demonstrates no true power.

That's why I encourage everyone to be like the Berean Church by studying and researching the scriptures for yourself.

Black people are under the curses of Deuteronomy. That's what happens when you adopt your oppressor's religion. Did you know "massa" (master) translates to "burden/load" in Hebrew? Mmhmm. Black people are slowing waking up to the program...

The Hebrew Roots movement is a trainwreck itself at times too, as all the supposedly woke crowd just shifts to a system of blasting Christians about the Sabbath, Holy Days, Dietary Laws , and the Sacred name, all will bickering among each other about who is right on those and many other issues, since they all claim to have come into truth now.

I don't know about that movement. I do think there are people who gain awareness and the become zealous like other religious fanatics. There is hope for some of those people; none for others. You can't expect a people who had their entire identity stripped and stolen to "get it" right away. Gotta crawl before you walk.

The definition of religion means to bind or bond , from the Latin name religare ...... Which could be a Christian term for to be bind with God as Holy Spirit binds to Jesus believers .................. So then to hate religion would to dislike belief forms that are not of Christ which the world would call religion ........I have heard some who claim Christianity is not a religion , but a relationship with Jesus ....... Then the command from the Lord on divisions of faith is to support and pray for the brethren , as the call from the saints of heaven is ``the accusers of the brethren is cast down ``....... And then Jesus also calls His to pray for all forms of belief so Jesus could do something to help , as Jesus is stopped by indifference

Op Iike some of your comments, but Christ himself established His church, and commanded usto be part of it, support it, and not forsake worship with fellow believers. So to persist in your teaching is rebellion against God.

If they had your weird perception of what faith in Christ means it IS time to wake up, yes. Fortunately most are not .....well, nevermind.

The word "massa." People assumed blacks just didn't know how to say "master" correctly (as in, the plantation overseer). I wonder how many African-American vernacular words are actually remnants of Hebrew instead of the broken English people assume it is. Hebrew doesn't have all these complicated stylings, and words don't have 5 thousand meanings like they so in English. It's the reason English is so difficult to learn. AAs being descendants of Biblical Israel would explain a lot. Why our children learn differently and appear to have a hard time adjusting to the Western education system. Our brains process information differently.
