Kindness is an important and misunderstood thing. Many people think of kindness as acts, as good deeds done here and there and when inspired. Others attach a return on kindness, thinking of it as a culmination of projects that, deemed “good,” will earn one a good place in the afterlife, if they believe in such. Still others think of kindness as the display of good manners, of “please” and “thank you” and sharing, etc.

But kindness in all its grandeur and simplicity is an engagement of heart and spirit that enables the granter to give gifts of limitless value. It is a practice — a way of life.

“Kindness is a language more often misunderstood than taken at face value.” - Joyce Rachelle-

“Right from the moment of our birth, we are under the care and kindness of our parents. Later on in life, when we are oppressed by sickness and become old, we are again dependent on the kindness of others. Since we are dependent on the kindness of others at the beginning and end of our lives, then how can we neglect projecting kindness towards others in the middle of our lives, when it is our best time to share it?” - Suzy Kassem-

“Rivers don’t drink their own waters; trees don’t eat their own fruits. The salt seasons the soup in order to have its purpose fulfilled. Live for others!” - Israelmore Ayivor-

"kindness" is a good thing , Hope is an infinitely greater thing .
It is not a lack of kindness that has people killing themselves, and on drugs in record numbers today .
It is a loss of all hope :

The greatest kindness is the eternal gift of Hope in Christ .
The Holy Word of salvation through Jesus Christ is a treasury of Hope & healing thought, a demonstrable fact in human
existence.

" He sent His Word , and healed them ." Psalm 107:20
