No.

Alcohol is made from God's plants, and therefore it is a sin not to consume it and enjoy it.

IMO jackdonekings;
My reasoning has every bit to do with the fact that when your sensoriums are dulled, you are vuulnerable to not only sins, but to spirits that prey on those who are not prepared to go into Spiritual Warfare, because you don't have the whole armor of God on then, whether it is ETOH, Rx drugs, illicit drugs,k etc.
when you experience altered states of conscienciousness you are susceptible to Demons and Familiar spirits to seduce your thoughts..
Just my take..
If you were in the military, you would not want to think that your buddy is
not alert in battle, it can cost your life and his....
That is why they call it "ALERT"
God Bless

If Alchohol causes you to put out sinful thoughts or acts then you should stay away from it.

godspeed,

That is how I see it.

I would say a qualified no. The qualification is that alcohol can easily LEAD to other sins such as drunkenness, lust or lewd behaviours. I am not all that "religious", I am just a believer but if the neighbour offers you a beer at the BBQ, I would not worry about drinking it myself.
