Please pray for First Baptist Church of Marysville (prayers, God, pastor)

This morning a pastor in Marysville, Illinois, was shot to death as he delivered a sermon.

Events like this are shocking and upsetting. The only thing I know to do to deal with such tragedies is to pray for the pastor's family and the church members and community affected by this loss.

I will be praying for the members of First Baptist Church of Marysville and I urge others who feel moved to do the same to join me.

How very sad for the family and for the church family and really the whole community. I pray that they come together and be a comfort to each other.
