They do and they don't. God is working in each individual in His own way at His own pace. Personal testimony can be wonderful even inspiring but it is not as powerful as God's word. I voted "No"

I said, testimonials are moving, inspiring, powerful for believers but I will not use them to witness. To be honest when I post these types of videos it is for the believers.
