Didn't watch the video, but I assume it is "No one can come Jesus Christ unless the Father drags him".
This is quite true, according to John 6:44 and John 6:65.

Its also the reason why men are not responsible for their own (or anyone else's) salvation. God is.

Unless man wants to give up things of the world to want to follow Christ, until then his focus is away from God,he is more interested in what he can see and can desire and so therefore will not come to Jesus Christ. It is about putting one's faith and trust in the Lord, give it all up to Him ,repent before Him and one will have the Holy Spirit dwelling within.

That flies in the face of "No one can come to the Son unless the Father draw him."

It does not say the person must first want to give up things of the world, want to follow Christ, put one's faith and trust in the Lord, repent and then the Father will draw him.

Saul/Paul on the road to damascus is a case in point against your idea.

Don't let the pride suck you in. We do not save ourselves. We don't get the final veto in our own salvation. If God wants to save someone, He will, and nothing will stop it.

I'll try to watch the video later this evening.

The video described our nature and God's sovereignty well.

No it means

Jn 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

That's what it means. Do not add or take away words.
