So I guess despite what all the naysayers and anti Chrysler fanatics on this site think, they have turned things around since the departure of Daimler, just like some of us have said. I'm sure that won't stop them from whining like little girls when a Chrysler or Dodge is mentioned in a thread though.

No question at all, my point was that certain clueless people on here still want to insist that Chrysler is still what it used to be, despite them having no experience with their newer products.

No offense, but as a % of sales this is still not good news. Better than losses, to be sure, but there is a great deal that needs to be done to even come close to calling Fiat/Chrysler "profitable"...

Chrysler still needs to replace 200 and Avenger with a new competitive midsize sedan. This money segment is huge with high quality cars for good prices. They can't repeat the mistake of the same car for both Chrysler and Dodge. Chrysler should go to a midsize RWD sedan in the near luxury level. Dodge being the value brand should stick with FWD, possibly sourced from Fiat, Alpha, or Lancia (pretty much the same company).
