You won't see a Hellcat Neon, you won't see a Hellcat in any form after this year. Fiat Chrysler announced yesterday that it is ending all car production of US made cars. They will keep Jeep and Ram and that's all. They aren't making any profit on the cars so they're going to stop it and concentrate on the money makers. So if a Hellcat, Charger, Challenger was on your list of cars to buy, better make it quick. The performance cars will probably become collectors in the long haul. The standard cars will probably be worthless in 5 years when the parts run out.

Yeah, no. You entirely missed what they were actually doing
They are making plenty of profit on the LX cars. It is the FWD lineup they no longer want to produce in house. Even with them, however, they hope to find someone to contract production to.
